- Every time you shop at PAWS NATURAL, you can earn PawsNat Points based on the paid value of your purchase. For every AED spent, you will earn 1 point, which will be credited to your PawsNat account.
- Redeem 2500 PawsNat Points and get AED 25 off your purchase. The minimum redemption amount is 2500 points.
- Your accumulated reward points will be stored in your PawsNat wallet, accessible through your profile page or the top of our website's home page. You can redeem these points in form of discount code on any of your future orders.
- During promotional periods, the redemption limit may be subject to modification.

How can I use PawsNat points?
At the order checkout page, you'll find the option to convert your PawsNat Points into Gift Vouchers and use them to avail discounts on your purchase.
Can I club PawsNat points with other discount coupons?
PawsNat points cannot be clubbed with other discount coupons.
Can PawsNat Points be used with COD?
You can apply PawsNat Points to orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) or any other payment mode.
What happens if I cancel my order after using PawsNat Points?
In the event that you cancel an order for which you used PawsNat Points as payment, the points will be transferred back to your PawsNat account (subject to a minimum of 5000 points or AED 25).

Our Loyalty Program is exclusively available for use on our website, www.pawssnatural.com. Points can only be earned and redeemed on these platforms.
- Earned points will expire within 90 days from the last trading day. To maintain an active account, at least one paid transaction must be made every 90 days.
- Members can redeem their points to purchase discounted items. However, points cannot be transferred between accounts.
- To redeem points, it is mandatory to have an up-to-date customer profile, including your full name, email address, mobile number, and pet details (type and name).
- Paws Natural reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program Terms without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated on the Paws Natural website with at least seven (7) days' notice
- Paws Natural holds the right to take appropriate action, including point revocation, if a Loyalty Member abuses program privileges or fails to comply with the program's terms, without any liability to the company.
- This Loyalty Program is governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. In case of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach a resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may seek legal recourse in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
- Paws Natural assumes no monetary or non-monetary liability towards the Member regarding the Loyalty Program. Members may not seek monetary indemnification from Paws Natural. In case of a dispute, the member may seek remedies through injunction.
